You were the person huh? dude, every single investor here knows about 101 and how pathetic an attempt it is to try and invalidate patents. It is a last stich effort by the players who has the weakest hand. So, please excuse yourself. We all knew about the 101 and the appeals and all the steps involved in IP litigation. Believe it or not we even know about otcbb risks and have been discussing them at length over the last few years. We read the 10q's and see the same comment about potential dilution and we read the filings and realize if he wants Kidrin doesn't have to dilute at all ever again if he chooses to use the Mrmd money. So, stop repeating and stating the obvious and pawning it off as some exclusive genius find of yours. You aren't saving anyone and you aren't shedding any new light on here. We have discussed the two judges and the 101 for many many months now as well as all the positives that you seem to conveniently ignore. You have two remote possibilities in your corner. We have many many more positive in ours. If you don't like wddd's as investment you can leave or better yet, since you are so brilliant at risk aversion and analysis I think you should short WDDD's and put your money where your mouth is.
