i agree they are going to be converted into common's after split
But for the moment i think all securities are going trough R/S

Don't you think a bonus of 30.8 times isn't enough for the preferred holders.

there is nothing in the 8K that can proof otherwise.

So for the moment its speculation preferred are not going trough R/S
