R/S is a must only for the CEO to keep her job and fat salary (and possibly akso some kickbacks from HB) and for HB to short the hell out of this stock and steal all retail money.
I'd rather have the company not being able to pay salaries and trial costs forcing the BoD to sell the company.
With 2 promising ph 3's and a few more coMing, we should be able to get a few hundreds millions usd
