That would be a start .. I would assign a much higher P/E .. around 50 .. due to expected earnings growth over next year .. Q3 alone is doing to come at 7 cents .. we will see what type of growth they can experience now that cash constraint is gone

On the downside , I would discount earnings by 40% due to future taxes they need to pay on earning as benefits of tax loss carry over end
