I already know. (But thanks for telling me anyway since I don't follow this scam regularly).


Didn't surprise me either to see one scumbag fraudster replaced with another.

Real CEO's with real skills and integrity are making real money running real corporations, not toiling away in the cesspool of pinkyland running scams while trying to stay one step ahead of the law.


Crooks of a feather flock together. And Barton is royally flocked!
Not a good year for that rocksucker.

That's right admins, I said ROCKsucker. As in he can go suck rocks.



Since the beginning of the year, Barton and his lawyer and three CEOs have been charged with fraud.
Plus his broker got fined 10k, and is

barred from association with any broker, dealer, investment adviser, municipal securities dealer, municipal advisor, transfer agent, or nationally recognized statistical rating organization;

prohibited from serving or acting as an employee, officer, director, member of an advisory board, investment adviser or depositor of, or principal underwriter for, a registered investment company or affiliated person of such investment adviser, depositor, or principal underwriter; and

barred from participating in any offering of a penny stock, including: acting as a promoter, finder, consultant, agent or other person who engages in activities with a broker, dealer or issuer for purposes of the issuance or trading in any penny stock, or inducing or attempting to induce the purchase or sale of any penny stock.

And since the money stopped flowing in, his wife divorced him, then the SEC got ahold of the divorce filings.







AND the bank foreclosed on his home!
Won't need it anyway since the State of New York will soon be lodging him.
