not going to happen. There is nothing here for the SEC.

This month the Nevada filings will be COMPLETED.

The past is history.

Getting rid of the court cases was HUGE. That had to happen
first. It has happened.
Second is getting the Nevada filing up to date. That will be
done this month.

We shall see what number 3 is,
