Risk here is pricing inline with the $3-3.50 range. Many catalysts with the Appellate Decisions waiting. My favorite is the Estoppel Appeal but the PTAB Appeal should not be overly discounted as well. 400 pages of data discarded as real evidence of complexity will be hard to hide from the Appellate.
