Research Marani Vodka Corp...see the filing showing the CEO is Jim Elliot. The company name is vault spirits company...here is an article from last year showing this company is new and was involved in a "pre-eminent investment event is an exclusive, invitation-only series of conferences featuring emerging growth companies seeking capital and/or greater exposure. Vault Spirits Company’s CEO, Jim Elliott, will be presenting the uniqueness of their products to nearly 200 attendees representing institutional fund managers, private asset managers, high net worth individuals, and industry-related sponsors and foundations – all also selected by invitation-only."

Oh yes - I researched Jim Elliot and Vault Spirits. It's a two-bit operation with a half dozen no-name brands of little visibility, which hasn't hosted an 'event' since February of 2016. If anything, his soirees are more poorly attended and publicized than the tawdry, half baked event sponsorships Margrit conducted!!

Margrit, if she is working on anything, is working on scamming a brand new set of hapless investors into buying shares of what was, is, and always will be, an entirely worthless enterprise.
