Lee was organized as a private limited liability company on August 11, 2014, in Hong Kong. We acquired Lee Tat on May 12, 2017.

But they mentioned the subsidiaries twice. They would of put something in there saying they dumped off the other cosmos ones but I dont think they did. And ive seen cos put those words in filings saying they are taking them private. The last one was a HK co so they would know to do it.
