Good news because it brings company closer to being able to talk about itself, do PR's etc to bring market up to speed with pending developments, deals...

Not sure what protocol is....think company must wait until offering closes but....this filing should finally be the last in this fundraising round which has taken so f'ing long! Maxim has taken 1st 5M, so company will now sell 5M itself on best efforts basis (as per S1). Contact IR for further details...
