DD Reverse Mergers and how they work. AMHD has nothing to do with AMHD's past, management, businesses or location anymore...it's all about UNGS' management and how they intend on using AMHD to channel a new business (possibly oil and gas, MJ).

Fact is, AMHD is no longer dead - it's going to be the focus of UNGS' management's attention and development.

Therefore, a big WIN for AMHD shareholders.
