Haha great minds think a like... this was my follow up email:

I read the 10k and from what I can tell like I stated earlier, it would assume it is all legally set up. But the question needs answered, why is it set up?

Why are the top two executives being paid for consultations on their own company? What services did their companies provide that they needed paid for?

I will let you know her response. But I still feel it's gonna be a vague response. Let's hypothetically say it's for tax reasons. Do we really think they will tell us that? So then I ask myself, and everyone else needs to do the same, is this a deal breaker? Not for me.
