That deal was one hell of a hair cut overall, and the shares he got, to pay off some of the Sileas were priced at $1.20/share, and were shares that were already issued if I read the filing right. Otherwise the $1.20/share would have gone to OPXS as it was not OPXS debt, but Sileas debt?

Makes me wonder if huge awesome news of orders and revenue may be next
