Quite likely, if filings don't hit, it will eventually cease trading, can't go 3 years without any filings, especially after admitting that false statements were made in the 2014 10K, and the handful of subsequent irrelevant Qs, stating publicly as such in court documents, losing massive lawsuits, failing to honor said lawsuits, going back to court to face an angry judge, and, of course, creating nonsense tweets every 90 minutes, just some of the facts surrounding the comedy of this failed entity...plus, they haven't the cash or shares to cover obligations, the same obligations that they've avoided by not filing or disclosing a single fact, since at least 2013.
