I have personally called ARYC at least 6 times.

I have written them countless emails and posted on their twitter page.

There is no response from ARYC management

Anybody who is saying they know something about the filing of financials is lying.

For all intents and purposes ARYC has stopped any discussion about filing their delinquent financials, after tweeting about their supposed completion for weeks.

There is only one explanation: Like their promised dividend shares, ARYC has deliberately chosen not to file their financials.

Very sad. Management cannot be trusted.
