Civicbird Simlatus cannot file a current 10K until the SEC mandated audit of previous filings is completed and the audited filings are then filed.
There have been many posts regarding this.

My opinion is that the audits will not happen. There are good reasons for this opinion including but not limited to the cost of same.

The mandated audits is not opinion but fact.
