At June 30, 2017, inventory quantities amounted to 10,715 kilograms of dry cannabis. Of this amount, 1,235
kilograms was finished goods available for sale; 2,974 kilograms of product in process of testing and
awaiting release for sale, and 6,506 kilograms of extract-grade cannabis held for conversion to oils and to
capsules.
In addition, the Company had a total of 2,683 litres of cannabis oil, ranging from concentrated
resins, or refined oil, to oil in their finished state and available for sale, and 271 kilograms of capsules on

Cannabis Oils

total $9,578 / 2683 liters = $3570 per liter (this is stupid high because some of the volume is highly concentrated resin I believe.)
Capsules
Capsules - Finished goods $2,873,000 / 271 kilograms = $10,601 per kilogram of capsules (this is not the same as kilogram equivalents I think....wouldn't make sense)
Oil sales, including gel caps, accounted for 19% of first quarter revenue. Oil shipments in the first
quarter accounted for 1,797 litres (or approximately 198 kilogram equivalents) of the kilogram and
kilogram equivalents stated above;
1797liters/198 kilograms = 9.075 liters of oil per kilogram
19% of sales is $3 million / 1797 liters = $1670 per liter
9.075 liters per kilogram * $1670 per liter = $15155 per kilogram converted into oils
as dried bud gets converted into oils and those oils are converted into sales - this corporation is going to make a lot of money - industrial extraction and capsule machines are on board and running - the next step is to get them running 24 hours a day........
