I doubt we will see any news. POW! seem intent on keeping quiet.

I sent POW! several emails today asking about revenue being derived from Stan's daughter and Stan's other company off of Stan's name and likeness. These are two of POW!'s assets. Stan's daughter is selling Stan Lee t-shirts, caps and stickers. Stan Lee's company has licensed out Stan's likeness for action figures.

I also asked about the photo op revenue (people being charged to take pictures with Stan). Stan's employment agreement doesn't say it's Stan's revenue. It does spell out that Stan's autograph revenue is his. Since Stan's contract doesn't exclude the photo op money, I think it should belong to POW!.

I also asked if POW! gets revenue when Marvel and Disney use his likeness in animated features. Disney used it in Big Hero 6 and Marvel has used his likeness in several of their animated TV shows.

I doubt that POW! has been getting any revenue from these sources. This should set up a (shareholder) defense if POW! pleads they are on the brink of bankruptcy.
