Should I assume images are not being allowed in the forum? The function is not working at the moment for me.

I was rooting through the WIPO database in regards to the worldwide patent status.

We know about Australia, and it looks like Europe is up next, followed by Canada and Japan. However I see a letter to the Glasgow lawyers dated August 4th that says a fee wasn't paid in time and it's now 50% higher. Someone tell Bunka that is unacceptable! :)

My question is what is material info in terms of the granting of patents? Someone was discussing whether they are sitting on news. I see that the Australia patent cert was dated June 15, 2017 and the news release from Lexaria followed 5 weeks later, so I assume they can just let us know when they feel like it.
