The $80 Mil Projection Was The Most Misleading Piece of Creative Writing in the history of OMHE. Wins hands down.

February 2017

We plan to rapidly expand our operations to include new divisions in the areas of specialty pharmaceuticals, anti-aging brands, and therapeutic cannabis products and licensed medical marijuana cultivation. Currently, we are in the final states of several strategic acquisitions to accelerate our bold expansion. Our pipeline of new products and breakthrough innovation has never been more robust.

As we have transitioned from a privately held enterprise into a public company, we have incurred some significant costs along the way.

Every pharmacy has specialty pharmaceuticals. Mal-B-Gone has no exclusive distribution rights to any prescriptive medications.

anti-aging brands = anything "anti-aging" is a SCAM*

OMHE doesn't own CelebCream
OMHE doesn't own the CelebCream trademark
OMHE doesn't own the Celeb website

Therapeutic cannabis products = Le SCAM with drops of CBD. The researchers need to get paid. There is no evidence that any of the researchers have successfully brought to market a prescription medication from incubation to passing FDA. Merely adding CBD to a cosmetic lotion like Le SCAM is not research....lol.

License Medical Marijuana Cultivation = BAIT THAT MCIG HAS USED SINCE 2014. Yeah, OMHE doesn't have the kind of cash needed to actually purchase an active marijuana nursery already cultivating and selling marijuana. They just don't.

May 2017

I can see how this is a win for the researchers, gotta pay insiders. For adding CBD to CelebCream or Le Scam?? RFLMAO.

Omni Health Receives $1 Million in Bridge Financing as Part of $6 Million Capital Raise Plan

"This financing is a win for our shareholders, as it will help move our innovation and growth moving forward, and to further our efforts in long-pursued cannabis biotechnology product acquisitions, research, and development. In the upcoming weeks, Omni Health will lay out for its shareholders its ambitious and strategic goals that will lead to greater revenue resources to complement the $6 million in existing annual revenue, making this an attractive investment for our reputable, principled investors."

Additional debt, dilution, and rewarding insiders already here and will continue.

As of today, shareholders own a single pharmacy store in Hialeah, a ghetto in FL.
