Yes Tom. I used to think having my own silver & gold coins would be a good store of wealth. However I realized that whenever the stuff hits the fan I suspect that the govt will allow you to sell an oz of gold to a coin shop for x$ and anything above that will be taxed away in some manner.

Physical will be good for bartering, but the PTB will have eyes & ears to stop that sort of transaction quickly.

So how do you really stay even of not get pauperized no less get ahead?
