Yes, they do or at least did. But a judge doesn't care about that. It is GERS who is suing, not BTZO. GERS owns the patent, not BTZO. GERS is negotiating about a settlement, not BTZO. So why would a judge award BTZO? The only way to get the money out off GERS is either by GERS giving it in someway to BTZO, or BTZO needs to sell their GERS shares one GERS goes up. Yes it adds value to BTZO if GERS is worth more, but it is all indirect.

I own shares of GERS, but do you think the judge will award money to me? No way. The only way for me to make money out of it, is IF a settlement happens, of IF a lawsuit is won, I sell my shares if the SP goes up.
Or KK has to give me money, but I can't see why he would LOL.

BTZO is IMO just a shell, needed by KK to pull of some tricks. GERS would be to, if they didn't own the patent. Those who own the patent get the money. Those who own shares of the company owning the patent like BTZO and others like me, can make money out of it if they are lucky.
