It is obtaining the permit that throws the unknown length of time into the install. Each jurisdiction has its own process for that. Not unusual to take one to three months just to obtain the permit. Then you need to make the concrete pad and install the mounting tower, do all of the trenching for the electrical, work around the schedules of the concrete guys, electricians, lift operators etc. They need to give us an update, but it is quite possible to take every bit of three months to install.

The key to me is the volume indicates they aren't just selling as many shares under the EPA as they can now. If they are pausing sales, then it is probable they are working on something to reset the price higher first. Hit and run PRs won't maximize shareholder value. They need a prolonged campaign to build momentum. Anybody listening? I still think this could reach 20 cents or more if done properly. Maybe even a short spike to 50 cents. They can make this look good on paper right now and have the green investors and momentum traders jump all over this.
