I voted against IMSC's proposals two years ago, as I have voted against many board proposals in the last forty years. I can't recall a single vote that denied the board its recommendation. I do recall a few votes being delayed or extended while the management lined up the votes it needed. IMO shareholder votes, under cover of shareholder's rights, is just a waste of postage.
IMSC's management had NO interest in what shareholders thought or wanted, which they proved when they stopped taking "time consuming" questions on their CCs. The only enforceable vote shareholders EVER had was to buy, sell or hold. Now, we don't even have that.
