If you put money in your account you may Buy/SEll/Buy the same day. In order to sell the second buy you must wait for that cash to settle(3 days). If you do sell you will be free riding and by suspended for 90days. Happened to me about 7 times lol can't help it. When suspended there are no fines just you will now be restricted to only using settled funds. So you may Buy/Sell the same day but in order to buy again you must wait 3 days.
