Need to read the uama patent and compere to the MOBLI patent that SC bought out. Look for SERVER SIDE language in either and also look at patent dates, UAMA was jan 4 2014, if MOBLI predates that then MOBLI and SC win in court and UAMA's issue will be with the patent office, dead, no money
