A/S increase means they have to fill out that 4.9 billion shares form 2.9 they are at now. Without news and volume, they're going to have a hard time selling that many into the market.

It's strange. When you email the company they seem to let on to the fact that news is coming, but I still haven't seen anything. Will wait and see.
