I don't even think that this is true! Can we pick any recent day, and walk through the day, trade by trade, and can you show me how "most of the large transactions have been at a higher price that the previous trade"? I just don't see it!
If for over a week the stock has hardly ever traded over 7 cents, yet millions of shares changed hands, if "most" of the trades were "at a higher price than the previous trade", we'd be trading at over 8 cents by now!
Your theory attempts to say that there is so much buying that its driving the price higher, yet for all practical purposes, millions of shares have been bought without the price rising over 7 cents.
