I am inclined to agree with you.

It irks me that the previous regime were able to lock in a liability that was fictional at best. It is a cash flow drain we could do without. Having said that if DE can make this work those numbers become irrelevant. If you were the confrontational type you could even spend money on a lawyer to challenge the validity of this so called debt !!

In the meantime GO mzei - we deserve a break and it must be due soon !!
