The tax loss for Apri is 300 million plus , a similar company i.e. Another pharma company can go back as far as 10 years to recoup tax loss .. 5.00 dollars just for the tax loss is chump change for a large Pharma (.50 cents pre split) oldtimer and eicoman are correct .... What is Vitaros , Femprox the newer DDAIP with strong patent protection, Rayva and the Lutz drug worth over 5 bucks ?? Who knows ??Pascoe could screw up a wet dream !! Let's hope he doesn't screw this up !! The company is up for sale , no doubt ..
