If your underlying skepticism is why have trials not been initiated



I'm pretty sure I know exactly why the Alzheimer's trial has not been started.

A 600 person trial for an antibiotic that works or fails in ~Two weeks costs $30 million dollars.

Anavex has ~$24 million in the bank to run a trial probably of a similar size that takes years to work or fail. Not gonna happen without a partnership or some "major" money from the Australian government. <$3 million won't cut it.

No Alzheimer's trial unless lightning strikes imho.
