Sorry, was a bit late for the link. Then i saw you've found it yourself.
But you're right ... by the wording of the 10-q it's a sub of RGBP.
But the same goes for RGBP as sub of BMSN.
And this worked out very badly for all BMSN shareholders.
Given Koos history i see no reason why it could be different this time.
