CDEL runs when they get hit. Got hit with 33k at 0.0042 and moved the rest up to 0.0045. Like I have said many times before, CDEL has no interest in actually selling the shares they put up on the ask. They just want to block EXOL and try to entice selling. They remove the shares or move them higher when hit.
