I don't think it's been so explicitly decided to abandon legacy SWHN shareholders, but I am significantly less optimistic that any commercial success with Kromatix will trickle back down to them. I guess the JV (and more specifically Glass LLC) will reap the lion's share of the profits.

For what it's worth, back in April I had a brief email exchange with Hanbali about my concern for SwissINSO shareholders and lack of SEC filings.

We have stopped filing for time being.

I can though tell you that the Board opinion, as well as that of major shareholders in the Company, now that practically all the heavy past is cleared, was not to file [SEC filings] for time being until re-structuring is agreed and done.

The Company continues to progress and Kromatix is becoming a reference as you might have seen. You probably also know that our technology addresses first the civil construction market, and that projects in this field take time, without speaking of the technical and industrial issues to achieve the top quality product.

Lastly, and to put it in the most neutral wording, Kromatix is not about to stop. And you will be informed on whatever is decided on the Company structure and track.

But it's been like this for 2 years. This stock feels increasingly like a a lottery ticket.
