According to Barron's quote in the PR, "the company is afforded the ability to draw down on the line of credit as funds are needed", the funds are available now ["is afforded"] and will be used as needed.

Not that you asked, but of course I certainly have not attached any credibility at all to anything Barron has ever stated, and will continue to rely solely on my hunch that the PPS is going up ancillarily in spite of whatever the heck these guys are up to...
