Trding and coldterd - Respectfully, i think you both are probably taking the situation a little too personally. It's unlikely that management "doesn't give a rat's ass" or is "ignorant" towards its investors. It's more likely they have a strategy that they feel a PR on enrollment is not advantageous at this point in time. It's unfortunate that they told us they would PR but if the situation has changed and that is no longer in the best interest to the valuation of the company and ultimately to us as investors, I would rather them make the right decision than the wrong decision just so we don't have feel anxious.

This is the most critical time for the company where every decision affects the potential for a higher valuation. From a financial perspective this is an extremely complicated environment for them. As saltz and blackdoggie have astutely pointed out in earlier posts, the immediate strategy should be about how to uplist the stock to allow corporate investors the opportunity to bid up the price as much as possible. That is very tricky considering the current SP bc if they just do a RS to uplist without momentum, they run the risk of having to delist shortly after (worst case scenario IMO). It makes sense to make one big PR on combo results and mono enrollment to get a big pop in SP then R/S to uplist, and let corporate investors use that momentum to push up stock price. At that point, the company can raise a lot more money at higher SP (i.e. Less dilution to all of us). That buys them more time to show success in mono and GvH. But all this depends on taking very intentional steps now.

Also, wanted to address an earlier comment on R/S. someone indicated that some companies would have "RS investors into oblivion". That's not how RS work. There is no dilution involved with RS. Current investors still own the same amount of shares relative to outstanding shares. RS is just an accounting tool that can be used for various reasons such as the one I've already mentioned. Don't get me wrong though, I believe there is dilution coming, but I'm hoping it occurs post uplist when SP is around $3-$4. That means less new shares for more money and less dilution. But it's all a game of strategy now and I can understand if management needs to keep some info close to the chest.
