Possible. They shouldn't convert, but that means very little really. They can issue shares to maintain operations though, pay bills, etc...volume has been so small, don't think much has really happened. IMO, Bates will remain silent forever, just let the stock get delisted, screw everyone, keep the pieces, move on...
