Sorry to burst your bubble, Happy, but we are not the same people.
I am just someone who is equally disturbed about this company's behavior and lack of success around this revolutionary breakthrough in technology. I just choose to speak out about it so that potential investors can make informed, educated choices before buying.

As for JupitorBeach, you would definitely appear to be an insider. Who else would know of;
- an issuance of an "IPO in November" except some high ranking board member or exec? What do you need another public stock for unless you are bailing on this one? Could it be for Alliance Bio-Products?
- what other companies are interested in your technology that the public doesn't already know about? If they were big names, wouldn't that warrant a press release like all these sublicense announcements that never materialize?
- How can you state the plant is coming on line shortly when you have not released a closing date which would mean you raised enough money to purchase the site? We haven't seen that news yet. How can it "come on line shortly" when you don't even own it yet and your earlier press releases said it would take about a year from then?
