You see zero conflict here? If all the cards you talk about are in place, the ceo gathering equity right before an acquizition/merger before am a/m does not mean anything? What does a loan involving increased shares along with a 10% loan (Loan shark rates in this environment). How does this fit into an arms length agreement? I am cool with riding along but how is this not engraciating the ceo? exactly how many share does he get for loaning the company that he manages money at 10? Tell me where to sign up for that deal.
