You have no idea what you’re talking about, first of all the Def 14c is typically filed 30 days after the Pre 14c which was filed on July 10th.. Yet you keep mentioning read the Def 14c which isn’t due for at least another week..

There’s no question what the Pre 14c states, the A/S is to be increased to 5 billion and a massive R/S has been authorized..

So please stop with the BS ..
