They don't have parts/main coponments to repair their highest end not too old MacBook Pro retina laptops. 10's of thousand of loyal customer left without their laptops until September. Alternatively you can purchase a refurbished unit for the price of a repair, however receiving that refurbished unit takes 2-3 weeks.

Not what I expected from Apple.

The customer service at the store was the icing on the cake.
