Welcome ins 101,

GK covered a number of salient points in response to your excellent observations, but I offer the following not as refutation, but as additional commentary for all who come here seeking information on their investment.

"Bottom line is that all indications are that "Electriplast" is unlike any other semi conductive polymer or other plastic material that is out on the market.”

ElectriPlast is fully conductive, not semi-conductive. Two independent laboratories have tested ElectriPlast and have decided that it can handle heavy current, AC or DC. The laboratories are Cetecom, Inc., of Milpitas, CA., and Frost & Sullivan Engineering (FSE), of Mountain View, CA. (FSE tested ElectriPlast, not for Integral, but for Bayer, GE, Tyco and DuPont.) Those tests, conducted several years ago, were to determine if (1) ElectriPlast was real and (2) if the patents could be circumvented by the considerable engineering resources of those four companies. (I wouldn’t be surprised to see any/all of them sign a contract in the near future.)

"… I can assure you that larger corporations such as GE and Dupont are waiting on the sidelines and will buy ITKG either with a "hostile or "friendly" takeover."

Preston Gates Ellis was engaged three years ago to advise on mergers and acquisitions. There was a time when Integral was vulnerable for acquisition. Now that ElectriPlast has broad market appeal, it is unlikely Integral will be taken over unless the acquiring company pays a premium. (In this case, the intrinsic value of ElectriPlast and a multiple based on current and future patents would have to be considered.) Additionally, majority shareholders--Wellington Management (16%) and others--would have to agree to the takeover. As crass as it is, we all have a price. But that is why we are here in the first place, isn’t it?

I agree with your other statements. This badboy has the potential to “blow the doors” off of the next best equity.

Finally, I am always curious as to how investors found this company. If you have a few moments, I would like to hear your story. Thanks. Looking forward to getting rich with you!
Cheers
