Short answer is no. I think that Coats is gone and received enough money to pay off his personal roughly $95,000 IRS Tax Lien. Liens and judgments against HTI remain in place totaling at least $300,000.

Herbert Southern's judgment is one of the above. He now represents SPOI in their legal problems. I don't get that unless he had some sort of personal vendetta against Chad Coats. Could be.

Lastly, MWT laid it out very well, what this SPOI was all about with their 10 Billion AS. However, that appears to have got off to a very bad start
and may not get very far.

That's why I still follow and post what I find and probably will to the bitter end.
