actually, the LWLG 10Q due August 14th is going to be ugly

real ugly

a total disaster

and the downward pressure on the LWLG stock price from the $1.60's to the current $1.20's is showing this

I now eagerly await the 2nd quarter 10-Q, as it will provide investors info on the 2018 funding accomplishments both from Warrant/Option Exercises, and from LPC "tapping" subsequent to the S-1 and Notice of Effectiveness filed mid-June, this will give us a better idea of what additional selling pressures were on LWLG PPS
