Is that normal for OTC stocks?

idk fundamental valuation of OTC stocks, while not completely irrelevant, is a bit overrated IMO. Your always going to have stocks that are way overvalued...and...those that are way undervalued, same could be said for the big boards but perhaps to a lesser extent.

Fundamentals and technicals certainly play a part but there appears to be many other intangible factors that also play an importent role, in whether or not an OTC stock is going to run(ie story, potential, insider buying, connections, ability to bring in buyers using various different awareness tactics/pump, etc.

One of ALPP's problems is that their MM started it way too high, that pps was unsustainable, shareholders saw the price dropping fast and bailed out desperately.

But as someone PM'ed me the other day 'fundamentally sound tickers always run' and I think that will be the case here eventually.
