rs ? of course----only option.over the years watched many of these disappear---of the handful that were able to clean up and RS (evaporating the common holder in every case)---a few did have divs that didnt get paid--- they sure didnt get paid for the RS----NO-ONE is going to create worthless divs for a worthless stock.not gonna happen.
