I like the idea that Cheng already has the, "In", with the FDA, so if his people decide they want to develop any medicinal marijuana products to generate revenue while waiting for clinical trials to produce positive results, he's already got his avenue to them established.

I'd like to think this is really what their intentions are, as they have no avenue for generating any revenue at all right now, but they sure have a lot of doctors and scientists with what appears to be some free time on their hands.
