Don't think that's right. But this is an interesting development.

And it wouldn't be odd to see a drop on this news. Not necessarily but because of the debt structure, news has a paradoxical relationship with share price I think. But I'm not at all sure how to think about share price here, without any sense of what MaxD owns here, or how complicated (and expensive) this is becoming.
