POTN gained too-much notoriety for being manipulated....

Too much of the daily volume is between buyers and sellers who have previously held a long position. Everyone knows what the true value is of the stock had there been no manipulation, but the stock plateau'd in its ability to draw in new investors who aren't aware of the several rounds of PPS retrace that have been reoccurring every month. This means that everyone who is interested in loading up is aware that there is going to be a better opportunity to loadup at a lower PPS since it seems inevitable despite whatever PR hits AND POTN doesn't draw enough 1st-time care-free investors to trigger a rally on the BID and ASK price. It is only via tradeshows and investor conferences that POTN can draw in more long interest.
