Consolidator that is all well and good but has nothing to do with MSX. The option agreement that MSX had as long expired. Barrick has claim to the Tesoros concessions and that it is still on their books never cancelled. If this was cancelled then please advise where that judgement is. That is the missing piece to this puzzle so someone needs to produce it. If you can't produce it then let's go back to quite wasting everyone's time on a dead and delisted company.
